SHIPPING & Delivery Policy

At Dainty Jewels, we aim to get your jewellery to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please review our shipping and delivery guidelines below.

1. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

  • Custom or personalised pieces may take longer; estimated timeframes will be communicated before purchase.

2. Shipping Methods & Timeframes

  • We ship using trusted courier services across South Africa.

  • Standard delivery usually takes 2–5 business days, depending on your location.

  • Rural or outlying areas may take slightly longer.

3. Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and depend on your delivery address.

  • We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time (e.g., on orders above a certain value).

4. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

  • You can use this number to track the progress of your delivery.

5. Delivery Address

  • Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. Dainty Jewels is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses.

  • If you need to update your delivery address after placing an order, please contact us immediately.

6. Delays & Liability

  • While we do everything possible to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, strikes, weather, or other events beyond our control.

  • Once an order is handed over to the courier, the responsibility for delivery lies with the courier company.

7. International Shipping

  • At present, we only ship within South Africa. [Optional: Add “International shipping may be offered in the future.” if you plan to expand.]
